  • Our team processes orders within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
  • We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or federal holidays.

If processing delays occur due to high order volumes, we will inform you promptly.

4. Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.

  • Wellix Labs is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we partner with reliable carriers, there may be rare occasions where delays or issues arise.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us.
  • Claims for lost packages must be made within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date.

Our team will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the situation. We may issue a replacement or refund for orders confirmed as lost.
