2. Return Process

Steps to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval Process
    Our team will review the return request. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item
    Use the shipping label provided to send the product back to us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping fees.

3. Refund Details

Refund Approval and Timeline

After receiving your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and applied to your original payment method.
  • Note that some banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Partial Refunds

4. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, reach out to us immediately at support@wellixlabs.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll resolve the situation as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.


6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item without providing a reason.

  • Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria above.
  • Refunds will include the item's cost and the original, standard shipping fees.
